MakeCD used to crash with long filenames, but I think the latest version
(3.2d) has fixed that.

It may be safer to create the ISO images under Linux using mkisofs. I
found I had to do this for the Linux parts of the AACDs, otherwise the
file permissions and ownerships were lost, as were symbolic links.
That's what went wrong with AACD17.
